Stainless steel bar tables
1.1m high, 60cm across, on a sturdy base. Four standing, three comfortably. The backbone of any cocktail-style function.

LED glow furniture
White folding chairs with a cleaner, more formal look. The usual pick for weddings, ceremonies and garden events. Rated to 160kg, the same as the plastic chairs, and there is no minimum order.

Tables and chairs
1.8m long, 76cm wide, 73cm high with a white hard plastic top. Takes eight at a push, six for a comfortable sit-down meal. Also handy for food and drinks.
Chairs from $3, trestle tables from $10.
PA system and microphones
400 watt PA with two wireless microphones and speaker stands. Speeches, presentations and awards night announcements, heard at the back.

Data projector and screen
Full HD projector with HDMI and VGA inputs, paired with a 2.4m pull-up screen. Presentations, slideshows and big-screen moments.

Red carpet and bollards
Three carpet lengths up to 6m, with chrome bollards and rope for the full arrival moment. A must for awards nights and premieres.

Cocktail and slushie machines
Frozen cocktails, or alcohol-free slushies the whole team can enjoy. Machines in single, double and triple bowls, with a big flavour list to choose from.
Singles from $160, around 100 drinks per bowl.
Touch screen jukeboxes
Touch screen digital jukeboxes with video clips, karaoke options and a free laser light included. The staff party singalong, sorted.

Popcorn machine
Fresh cinema-style popcorn for open days, staff events and family fun days. The hire includes kernels, salt and bags for 100 serves.
$160 with 100 serves included.
Photo booth
An easy touch screen booth your guests run themselves, with props and prints to take home. The Christmas party favourite.

Yard games set
Six giant lawn games in one hire: Giant Connect 4, Noughts and Crosses, Cornhole, Rope Quoits, Throwing Cans and Bocce. Team building disguised as fun.
$175 for the full set.
Planning numbers
- For standing functions, allow one bar table for every four to five guests, with stools for about a third of the room.
- For a sit-down meal, a trestle table seats six comfortably with a chair each, so 60 guests works out at ten trestles and 60 chairs.
- Glow cubes and benches double as seating and mood lighting for evening functions.

Delivery to venues and workplaces
We deliver across the Gold Coast with fees shown upfront at checkout: $50.00 to workplaces and commercial addresses, $120.00 to convention centres and function venues, and free delivery to residential addresses on orders over $150.00. You can also collect from our Yatala warehouse. Every order includes a tax invoice.
Compliance and peace of mind
- $10,000,000 public and products liability insurance, with a certificate of currency available for your venue on request.
- Electrical equipment is test and tagged where required.
- Venue compliant, including the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
